Vista Ladera Surveyor Schedule

Schedule your Unit for Surveyor Visit 

We are working with MVE, Inc. the designated land surveyor who will be travelling from Modesto, CA to Vista Ladera on Monday, August 6 and Tuesday, August 7 to survey the Vista Ladera land and it is required that measurements be taken from each unit type (1, 2 & 3 bedrooms).

They are asking access for approximately 14 units. Without accommodating this request, the condo plan cannot officially be recorded in the county registry’s office. If the community can assist MVE in anyway it will allow us to move faster towards concluding the conversion to condo.
