Cleveland Park Shareholders:

We have arranged for a notary public to be available on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 5:00 PM - 6:00PM in the building lobby to help with signing and notarizing your closing documents. When signing with the notary, they will need to see an original state-issued driver’s license or passport for each owner – no photo copies. We urge you to review all the attached documents and not wait until the day of signing to ask questions or make request for changes. Additional copies of closing documents are posted below:

If you are not in the area or you are unable to meet onsite with the Notary, you may have these documents notarized by a local notary of your choice at your own cost. Once you have had all documents notarized with your signature, you must mail back ALL the documents contained in this package with the ORIGINAL signatures and the required payment(s) to First Title & Escrow, 7361 Calhoun Place, Suite 200, Rockville, MD 20855, Attn: Jennifer Mullings, Processing Supervisor, Phone # 1-301-315-8175.
